When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. If you sign in through a third-party provider (Google, Discord), we receive your basic profile information from that provider.

Business Data

You may provide customer information, job details, quotes, invoices, payment records, and other business data through the Service. This data belongs to you and your organization.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address. Most of this comes through analytics cookies, which we set only with your permission where the law requires it and which you can turn off anywhere. Advertising Partners: On our marketing site and on the sign-up, sign-in, onboarding and billing pages of the app, Google Ads and Meta cookies tell those platforms that a browser which saw one of our ads went on to sign up or subscribe. This sends them a browser identifier and the page visited, and California law treats it as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. It happens only with your consent where consent is required, never on invoice, quote or storefront pages, and you can opt out at any time through "Your privacy choices" in the footer or in your account settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out.
Your Organization: Other members of your organization on ManagePrint can see shared business data as determined by your role and permissions.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland nothing beyond the strictly necessary runs until you accept it; elsewhere it runs with notice and can be turned off.
