Switch from Printavo without leaving your history behind.
Bring your customer list over in one upload. Keep your open jobs flowing in on a live sync while you make the move. Then let QuickBooks, Stripe, and the S&S catalog do the parts nobody should be retyping.
Export
Download all of your customers as a CSV file.
Import
This importer is built specifically for Printavo's customer CSV export and maps fields one-to-one. Customers are matched by Printavo Customer ID first, then by email — existing customers will be skipped, never overwritten. Re-importing the same file is safe.
A real Printavo customer export, landed. 1,184 new, 63 already on file and left alone.
Two ways to get your Printavo data in
A shop's biggest objection to switching is losing its history. There are two ways in, and they solve different halves of that problem.
Your customer list, on every plan
Export customers out of Printavo, drop the file in, done. The importer is built against Printavo's own export headers and maps them one-to-one: names, company, email, phone, billing address. Tax-exempt status, resale number, payment terms, and account owner come across on the customer's notes. It's included on every plan, including Starter.
Your open work, kept in step
Connect your Printavo email and API token and ManagePrint pulls invoices in as jobs every five minutes — line items, sizes, colors, prices, production notes, tags, due dates. It keeps running as long as you want to run both systems side by side. Live sync is a Professional feature.
What does not come across: there is no CSV import for invoices, quotes, line items, pricing matrices, or products. Historical invoices arrive only through the live API sync, and only as far back as the filter you set. If you need a decade of closed invoices sitting in ManagePrint on day one, it will not do that — keep Printavo read-only for a while, or export your archive and hold it.
Printavo import that runs while you migrate
Nobody moves a shop over a weekend. Run both, pull the work you care about, and let the sync narrow as you go.
Four ways to pick what comes over
Sync everything recent, or narrow it: only invoices at or above a starting number, only invoices sitting in the Printavo statuses you care about, or only what's due inside a rolling window. Most shops start at “By Invoice #” on the day they cut over and never look back.
- A line item group becomes a job part. An invoice with three groups lands as a three-part job, sizes and colors intact, ready for the floor to work one part at a time.
- Re-syncing never clobbers your work. Jobs are matched on their Printavo ID and line items are updated in place, so workflow progress, worker assignments, and phase timing survive every pass.
- Printavo statuses map to your people. Pull the live status list off your account and point each one at the worker who owns that stage. A synced invoice arrives already assigned.
- One direction only. ManagePrint reads from Printavo and never writes back. Nothing you do here can damage the system you're still running.

Imported work lands in your vocabulary, not Printavo's
A synced invoice enters your board as a new job and runs the stages your shop defined. Its Printavo status rides along as a reference field rather than becoming a status you now have to live with, and the meaning you assign it — which of your people owns that stage — is a mapping you control. Your quote and invoice statuses stay named whatever you named them.
That is the same idea everywhere else in ManagePrint: the app adapts to how the shop already runs. See how workflow configuration works.
S&S Activewear, live inside a quote
Stop keying in blank costs off a PDF price list that went stale in March.
Search Product Catalog
Find a blank from your configured catalogs and we'll fill the line item for you.
Your account's pricing, not list pricing
Search by brand, style, or keyword from inside a quote line item or a storefront product. Pick a style and ManagePrint pulls its full color and size matrix with the price your account pays — S&S has no anonymous endpoint, so it's your account number and API key or nothing.
Pricing comes back per size, which is the part that matters. A 2XL costs more than a medium, and a margin computed off the base cost overstates every extended size on the order.
SanMar is the honest asterisk here. The credential fields are in the app and you can fill them in today, but live SanMar search is still in development — the app labels it “coming soon” rather than pretending otherwise.
Use your S&S Activewear account-specific pricing by entering your information below. If no information is included, requests will be rejected — S&S has no anonymous endpoint.
To request your API Key, please email api@ssactivewear.com.
Live SanMar search is in development. You can save your credentials now and they'll be wired up automatically.
The catalog settings panel, as it ships. The badge is the product's, not the marketing page's.
QuickBooks Online, one direction, on your schedule
A QuickBooks integration for a screen printing shop should do one job well: put the money you actually collected where your bookkeeper looks for it.
Paid invoices out. Nothing back in.
Connect over OAuth and pick a cadence — daily, weekly, monthly, or manual only. Every paid invoice that hasn't been exported yet goes over, with the customer matched by name in QuickBooks or created if they're new.
- Unpaid invoices stay put. Only invoices marked paid are eligible, so your books don't fill with receivables you're still chasing.
- Totals tie out. Sales tax and fees are carried as their own lines so the QuickBooks invoice equals the ManagePrint invoice to the cent. Tax rides as a line rather than a per-jurisdiction tax code — a total that's right beats a total that's quietly wrong.
- Exported once, ever. Each invoice is stamped with its QuickBooks ID on the way out, so a re-run or a failed batch can never double-post.
- It tells you when it breaks. An expired authorization surfaces as “reconnect needed” in settings instead of failing silently for a month.

The rest of the plumbing
Connected the day you sign up, on every plan, with nothing to install.
Stripe
Stripe Connect Express, onboarded in-app. Customers pay invoices and storefront orders straight to your own Stripe account — deposits or in full. ManagePrint's platform fee is 0.6% on top of Stripe's own rate. Collecting payments needs an active subscription, so it's off during the trial.
Artwork & mockup storage
Art, mockups, and proofs upload straight from the browser to Cloudflare R2 through short-lived signed links, so files never round-trip through a server. Logos, storefront banners, and product photos use the same path.
Transactional email
Quotes, invoices, payment reminders, receipts, order confirmations, fulfillment notices, and team invites go out through Resend under your shop's name, with replies routed to your shop's address. The sending domain is ManagePrint's — there's no custom sending domain per shop yet.
What's on which plan
