Print shop software for employees, not for admins
A press operator does not need a dashboard. They need to know what is theirs today, what is on it, and what to press when it's done.

A worker opens the app to the jobs assigned to them — directly, or through a single print location someone gave them. Not the shop's whole board. The server scopes the query, so there is nothing to accidentally scroll into.

Product, colour, size breakdown, and every print location on the run — Front, Left Sleeve, Back — with a specialty note riding along where it matters, because a puff base is a different press setup. Mockups sit one tap away.

The worker view has no money in it, and the backend redacts monetary fields before they leave the server. Only admins see pricing; even a manager gets the roster and the board without the dollars.
The button is the whole interface.
Start Prep. End Prep & Request Approval. Photos Approved. Start Job. Complete Front. Each stage shows exactly one button, full width and 80 pixels tall, in a colour that means something from across the room.
Pressing it appends a timestamped event to the job's log. The event is what changes the status — the office board updates as the press does, and nobody types a status into anything. The log is append-only, so the record of when a job actually ran can't be edited after the fact.
There's a Pause button during prep and production, for the hour a job sits waiting on goods. Paused time is recorded as its own event and taken back out of the phase durations, so a four-hour print that waited two hours doesn't report as a six-hour print.

ManagePrint doesn't hand your shop a pipeline and ask you to work inside it. The parts a worker taps through are your line items, and the locations are the ones you named on the quote.

A worker who has no company email address still needs an account. So an admin makes one, in about fifteen seconds, from the Team page.
Username and password
No invite link to click, no inbox to check. You set the username and the password, and they sign in with them. Staff who do have email can be invited that way instead.
On the tablets you own
It's a web page. iPads, Android tablets, phones, the beat-up laptop by the dryer — anything with a browser. Nothing to install and no per-device charge.
Free worker seats
No per-seat fee at any tier. Your plan includes a team size — 5 on Starter, 10 on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise — and adding a worker inside it doesn't move your bill. Per-user pricing elsewhere runs $10–19 a head, every month.
